Our lovely neighbours
Before you go home – visit our lovely neighbours.
In our neighbouring municipality, not far from Kumla, is an experience we would like to tell you about while you are in the area.
Örebro Castle
In Örebro you can travel back in time through a visit to Örebro castle. Here you can meet royalty, prisoners of war, thieves and witches, plus the occasional ghost. The castle is open daily in summer time with guided tours and exhibitions.

Tiveden National Park
Do you like hiking? Then take yourself just one hour from Kumla to Tiveden National Park. The area covers 2030 hectares and has nearly 35 km of marked paths in intense nature with a strong wilderness feel. Here in one of southern Sweden’s wildest forests, you can hike among chaotic moss-covered giant stone blocks, with up to 10-meter high rocks brought here by the movement of inland ice. There are also many exciting caves, several wilderness lakes and a number of places for both resting and staying overnight.
